On visiting Bulgaria we were introduced to Lubo who spent nearly a full week showing us a large area of the mountain regions and advised us on the process of purchasing property in Bulgaria and with his help we bought a lovely house in the lake Batak area, Lubo has a great personality and nothing is too much trouble and he spends a great deal of time in making sure you fully understand the purchasing process and would have no hesitation in reccomending his company to look after your interests and you will end up as his friend like us. I highly recommend Lubo's service. I spent with him one week. He was very efficient presenting a lot of properties in different locations. As a result I bought few properties. Lubo was also helping and advising after the purchase with all the cases related to the property. |

I have recently purchased a holiday apartment in Bulgaria.I found this to be very stress and hassle free. Overseas Properties - Bulgaria have been absolutely brilliant. Their representative Lubo, met us at the airport, took us to different locations and dealt with our purchase of a property in a helpful, speedy and professional manner. Nothing was too much to ask for, answers to questions were swift, knowledge of Bulgaria is excellent and the company is so friendly, even the UK side. We were traveling to Bulgaria on the night that Gloucester was flooded in 2007. We struggled to get to the airport, but Overseas Properties- Bulgaria remained in contact and dealt with the situation professionally and efficiently, without any pressure. Lubo met us at the airport, Bourgas, very early in the morning and took us to our hotel. The itinerary was compact, but he had listened to our requirements and fulfilled them exactly. I have no problem in recommending Overseas Properties to anyone and wish them all the best for the future. I hope to do business with them again in the near future. |
